    You tell us who they are and where the hunt happens. We write and illustrate an adventure that exists only for them. Then you print it at home, on ordinary letter paper, and run the hunt whenever you like. No waiting for the post.

    How the hunt works:

    Eight clues lead to eight hiding places, and at each one your child finds a single piece of a relic. The pieces only mean something together — assembled, they spell out the symbol alphabet needed to read the one page written in code. Decoded, that page says where the final prize is hidden. There is no way to skip ahead.

    Puzzles included:

    Alongside the story you get a cipher page keyed to the relic, a word search drawn from your own adventure's words, a maze, a colouring map of your neighbourhood, a hidden-object scene, and line-art pages to colour in. Every one is generated for this adventure — the word search uses this story's words, the maze is unique to this order.

    How this differs from the printed edition

    This is the shorter version of the adventure, laid out for a home printer — the story, the clues, the map, the puzzle pages, the coded page, and the relic pieces. Everything needed to run a complete hunt. You choose and supply the final prize yourself.

    The printed edition ($149) is a longer book, bound as a hardcover keepsake with a weathered field-journal cover and sketch pages. It comes with the relic as real pieces rather than cut-outs, plus the treasure chest they unlock — with gemstones and themed treasure already inside. It's the version that stays on a shelf afterwards.

    Where do the hiding spots come from? You do. After checkout we walk you through your own street, one stop at a time. That is why the clues name the real gate, the real mailbox, the real tree your child already knows.

    Questions Parents Ask

    Do I have to do anything before I buy?

    No. Checkout takes about a minute. Afterwards we email you a link and walk you through the rest on your phone, whenever it suits you.

    How do you know my neighborhood?

    We do not, and we do not guess. You walk your own street and photograph eight hiding places. The clues are written around what you chose, which is why they name the real gate and the real mailbox.

    How long does it take?

    Marking your spots takes about fifteen minutes. Making the book takes about two weeks, and we commit to dispatching within thirty days.

    What ages is it for?

    Written for four to eleven, and we set the reading level and clue difficulty from the age you give us. A six-year-old and a ten-year-old get genuinely different books.

    Is it safe?

    You choose every location yourself, so nothing sends a child anywhere you have not stood. The parent sheet carries safety notes and we never write a clue pointing at a road, water, or machinery.

    What if something arrives damaged?

    We reprint it and you keep the original. There is nothing to send back.
