Where we ship

We currently ship printed adventure books within the United States only.

If you're outside the US, our print-at-home adventure is the option for you — you receive a file and print it yourself, so there's nothing to post.

Shipping rates

Rates are shown at checkout before you pay:

• Standard — $8.00
• Express — $15.00

Production time

Every book is made to order. Nothing is printed until you buy it, because until then the story doesn't exist — we write it, illustrate it, and print it specifically for your child.

Orders are dispatched within 30 days of purchase. In practice most orders ship considerably sooner, and we'll email you as soon as yours is on its way.

Production time is separate from shipping time. Your delivery estimate is production time plus the carrier's transit time for the service you chose.

Ordering for a birthday or a specific date? Tell us before you order and we'll confirm whether it can arrive in time. We'd rather say no in advance than miss the date.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email when your parcel is dispatched. If tracking hasn't updated for several days, or your parcel shows as delivered but hasn't arrived, contact us and we'll sort it out — see our refund policy for how we handle lost parcels.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we'll reship it once you've confirmed the correct address, though we may need to charge postage again.

Print-at-home adventures

Nothing ships. Your adventure is written and then delivered to you as a file — no postage, no waiting on a carrier.
